Bridgestone Rubber Tracks

We supply best quality rubber tracks coming from the holder of the international certificates ISO 9001/2000 (Quality management system) and ISO 14001 (Environmental care), the Japan producer Bridgestone. This company was founded in 1931 and evolved into the biggest rubber products producer with 179 production facilities in 25 countries. Long-time experience, laboratory tests, its own rubber track testing circuit and various innovations are guarantee of the excellent performance and long service life.

Ensuing technologies fulfill requirements on the highest possible environmental friendliness and on the unique quality of these products designed for undercarriages of mini-excavators, loaders, tractors, finishers and many other machines.

Rubber Compounds

In order to guarantee higher performance, several unique rubber compounds are used in the production process.

No-Wave Cable

Designed and manufactured exclusively for Bridgestone rubber tracks, this cable has these characteristics:

  • High firmness and maximum endurance
  • High flexibility for energy savings
  • Pressure and stretching resistance
  • Corrosion risk reducing case

Pro-Edge™

Protection is provided by the side edging made of the forged steel optimally shaped for pressure reduce. Its characteristics are:

  • Special abrasion, cut and pulling out resistant rubber
  • Patented profile resistant against the sharp edge cutting (US patent no. 6106083).

Spiral Technology

Spiral placing of the previously introduced straight cables is a way to provide:

  • High speed and performance during use
  • Perfect thrust distribution during tightening
  • Zero pitch alteration
  • Precise circumference length
  • Perfectly even traction transfer

Interlocking Embeds

  • Provide better side strenght
  • Prevent track slide even in case of the loosened tension

Tapered Core Metals

Cone shape of core metals minimizes the vertical movement of track rollers, which increases driving comfort.

Recommendations for maximum service life of rubber tracks:

Bridgestone has great experience of the development and testing of rubber tracks. To utilize the track in the best possible way, you should follow certain operational rules. The most important are:

  • The right stretch of the track is of great importance during all operations. Follow the manual or get more information from the rubber track supplier
  • Periodically inspect other undercarriage parts (idlers, rollers, sprockets). Wear and malfunctions can dramatically reduce performance of the tracks and their service life
  • Avoid using machines with rubber tracks on surfaces with sharp stones or metal edges
  • Minimize quick rapid turning maneuvers or turning on the edge
  • Keep other materials out of undercarriage parts
  • Do not drive with the edge of the track against walls, curbs or rocks
  • If the oil or other lubricant gets spilled on the surface of the rubber track, clean it carefully. It can significantly reduce rubber quality
  • If the machine is stored for longer time, protect the tracks from sun and rain
