Our care for the customer doesn't end with the sale of the undercarriage. It's important that users of our products know they can rely on us whenever they need professional technical assistance.

In the event of idler wheel tensioning failure, neglected maintenance, improper installation, operation of a machine with an excessively worn undercarriage, operation in an environment with heavy impacts, or material entering the undercarriage area, the chain links can crack and the track can tear apart. For these cases, where a quick response is required, we keep replacement pins, bushings and chain links, including split master links, in stock at all times. Our on-site service is equipped with a powerful mobile press, which can be used to carry out the repair directly on site, so that the bulldozer, excavator or other construction machine is back in operation as soon as possible.
