This statement sets out the fundamental principles of the protection of personal data and other data processed by us. We strive to process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the "GDPR") and with Act No. 101/2000 Coll. of the Czech Republic.

We are a limited liability company engaged in the manufacture, sale and repair of, and the supply of accessories and spare parts for, machinery and equipment used in the mining, processing and construction industries (the "services"). We provide our services not only in the Czech Republic but also in other member states of the European Union, and as the controller we will process your personal data under the conditions set out below and in accordance with the GDPR and other data protection regulations.
Personal data we process
We only process personal data that you provide to us in connection with the use of our services.
Sales and service activities:
- First and last name
- Contact and/or delivery address
- Phone number
- Email address
- Position within the company
- Bank details
Website, e-shop and communication:
- IP address
- Cookies (in the case of online services)
Reasons for processing personal data
The main reason we process your personal data is to be able to provide you with comprehensive services and to be able to provide you with appropriate warranty and post-warranty service for the products we supply.
We also process your data for the purposes of:
- ensuring the quality of our services and offering
- marketing purposes
- participation in trade fairs and exhibitions
- training
- sending commercial communications
You provide us with your personal data voluntarily; the disclosure of information arising from contracts is necessary for their conclusion and performance.
We always process your personal data only to the extent strictly necessary and permitted. By granting consent to the processing of your personal data, we are able to continue providing you with our services.
Access to your data
Personal data is carefully safeguarded. We carefully select the suppliers to whom we entrust personal data and who are able to ensure the technical and organisational security of your data so that unauthorised interference with personal data cannot occur. Protecting your data is our priority. All our partners are contractually bound by an obligation of confidentiality and may not use the data provided for any purpose other than the one for which we made it available to them.
Third parties who may have access to your personal data, depending on the nature of the service you use or have used, include:
- persons who provide technical operation of our enterprise management system
- business partners involved in bookkeeping and reporting
- subcontractors with whom we cooperate on our contracts
This does not affect our obligation, arising from specific legal regulations, to provide requested data to courts, the police and other public authorities.
The processing of personal data is carried out by the controller. It is carried out at its registered office by its own employees, who have been instructed on compliance with the principles of secure processing of personal data. Processing takes place both by means of IT systems and manually in the case of personal data in paper form.
Duration of processing of personal data
Your data will be processed for the entire duration of the use of our services (i.e. the duration of the contractual relationship between us) and for the period strictly necessary under generally binding legal regulations, and subsequently, where applicable, on the basis of your granted consent, for a further 10 years, unless your consent to the processing of personal data is withdrawn by you – you can grant us your consent by sending a message to this address.
We would like to point out that we must process personal data that is necessary for the proper provision of the service, or for the fulfilment of all our obligations, whether these obligations arise from the contract between us or from generally binding legal regulations, regardless of the consent you have given, for the period laid down by the relevant legal regulations or in accordance with them, even after any withdrawal of your consent.
Processing of personal data
a) without consent
We may process your personal data even without your consent in accordance with applicable legal regulations, but only for the purpose of:
- provision of a service or product (performance of a contract, whereby a contract is also represented by the implicit use of a certain service without a contract having been concluded in writing)
- fulfilment of statutory obligations arising for us from generally binding legal regulations
- in the public interest (e.g. verification and assurance of the safety of the services and products we provide)
- processing that is necessary for the purposes of legitimate interests (where the benefit for the customer is greater than for the processor)
b) with consent
The data referred to above, for a further 10 years, unless your consent to the processing of personal data is withdrawn by you, as well as any further personal data that you provide to us with consent to its processing.
Security of personal data
Our company has adopted measures to protect personal data against unauthorised manipulation, loss, destruction, access by unauthorised persons or unauthorised disclosure. Security measures are regularly reviewed and updated in line with technological developments.
Withdrawal of consent
You may withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending an email message to this address. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the possibility of continuing to process your personal data on the basis of consent given before its withdrawal. Withdrawal of consent also has no effect on the processing of personal data that is processed on a legal basis other than consent.
Rights of data subjects
With regard to your personal data, you have in particular the following rights:
- the right to withdraw your consent regarding information processed on the basis of consent at any time
- the right to have personal data corrected or supplemented
- the right to request restriction of processing
- the right to raise an objection or complaint against processing in certain cases
- the right to request data portability
- the right to access personal data and to obtain copies thereof
- the right to be informed of a breach of personal data security in certain cases
- the right to erasure of personal data (the "right to be forgotten") in certain cases
As regards the right to object, under the conditions set out in Article 21 of the GDPR you have the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning you which is based on processing necessary for the purposes of our legitimate interests or the legitimate interests of a third party, including profiling, as well as to the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes.
