Our company has many years of experience in repairing excavator buckets, loader buckets and other construction machinery attachments. Many users of construction equipment have found that traditionally welding additional steel plates onto worn working tools significantly increases the weight the machine has to lift many times a day, reduces performance, and increases both operating costs and the impact on the machine's service life. This repair method also carries a risk of unexpected failure due to fatigue and weakening of the original material and welds, resulting in the bucket or loader bucket tearing, or the cutting edge breaking off.
Our solution is a thorough workshop replacement of worn parts (floor, sides, armour plating, cutting edge) with new ones, mostly made from quality wear-resistant materials Hardox®, or, alternatively, castings and composite materials with a hardness of up to 700 HB. Based on the information and experience of the operating conditions provided by the user, and taking our own knowledge into account, we try to choose materials that, while keeping weight low, guarantee the longest possible strength and service life, even under various specific conditions, for example when working with a demolition ball. Whether an excavator, bulldozer, loader or bucket-wheel excavator works in an environment dominated by soil, sand, clay, gravel, limestone, kaolin, granite, basalt, or other variously abrasive materials, we always have a solution for you.
