We offer protection solutions for attachments of construction and mining machinery in working conditions with extreme abrasive wear on the tool. This treatment, which aims to significantly extend the service life of the most heavily abrasion-stressed working parts of tools such as excavator buckets, loader buckets, blades, bucket-wheel buckets, drill bits, rippers and many others, is carried out mainly through our mobile service directly at the customer's premises.

These are the following two methods, or a combination of them:
- welding on coated plates or two-component blocks; this solution is suitable for flat and slightly curved surfaces, achieving a resulting hardness of 700 HBN
- welding on wear-resistant pins with a hardness of 60 HRC, or pins with a tungsten carbide insert with a hardness of 80 HRC. This solution is suitable for locations with lower impact stress and can also be used on curved surfaces. Ideal for sand pits, buckets, earth augers, kaolin mining and use in similar conditions, where the material being mined forms a layer between the rows of pins
The advantage of these solutions is significantly faster execution compared to conventional welding with a wear-resistant electrode, minimal heat effect on the base material, and a many times longer service life.
