An idea born more than 25 years ago has now become the standard for more than 140,000 excavators fitted with a Lehnhoff® quick coupler. It is a universal interface with a quick coupler on the excavator and an adapter on the attached accessory, which allows the same attachments to be used on excavators from different manufacturers. The Lehmatic® quick-change system turns every hydraulic excavator, from a mini excavator to large excavators, into a multi-functional tool carrier for all buckets, grapples or demolition tools in its size class.
The new Lehnhoff® Variolock® system offers even greater economy and time savings in daily use. Changing accessories, whether hydraulically powered or not, is very convenient and takes only a few seconds, including connecting the hydraulic circuits, all without the operator needing to leave the cabin.
