In cooperation with ESCO®, we offer highly wear-resistant, easily replaceable EverSharp® cutting edge protectors for loaders. They are used especially on machines for tunnel construction and underground mining.
The EverSharp® replaceable cutting edge protection system offers reliability and reduced maintenance costs through the use of wear-resistant hardened cast steel protectors, which protect the cutting edge by absorbing impacts arising when penetrating the mined material.
The EverSharp® LHD cutting edge protector locking system is easy to use and reliable. Safety is further supported by a locking mechanism that is installed without using a hammer. The lock holds the protectors firmly in place using a Wedge™ bolt lock, which is fitted and removed using a standard 13 mm hex wrench.
