Two-Component Coated Plates 600 HB
Coated plate is known as one of the most wear-resistant materials available. It has been proven that the service life of composite plates is up to ten times longer than hardened steel in highly abrasive conditions.
Two-component plates are available in several different grades to suit different operating conditions:
- XR2355 – suitable for operating conditions with high abrasion and impact stress. Austenitic structure of chromium carbide grains
- XR2455 – suitable for operating conditions with heavy impacts. A combination of austenitic and martensitic structure of chromium carbide grains
- XR2560 – suitable for applications with high frictional abrasion, in environments with fine particles and low impact stress. Martensitic structure of chromium carbide grains
