Recommendations for maximum rubber track service life:

• correct track tension throughout operation is very important
• follow the machine's manual, or find out more from the rubber track supplier
• regularly check other undercarriage parts (drive sprockets, rollers, idlers)
• wear and defects on these components can significantly reduce the performance and service life of the track
• avoid using the machine with a rubber track on surfaces with sharp stones or metal edges
• keep fast, sharp turning manoeuvres or pivot turns to a minimum
• make sure foreign objects do not get into the undercarriage components
• do not drive the edge of the track against walls, kerbs or stones
• if oil or other lubricant gets on the surface of the rubber track, clean it off carefully. It can significantly degrade the quality of the rubber
• if you are storing the machine for a longer period, protect the tracks from sunlight and rain
