New ESCO Ultralok U60 Adapters

The improved design of the proven Ultralok^® adapter is engineered for easy and safe use. The Ultralok^® U60 tooth and adapter assembly was developed specifically for wheel loaders in the 75 to 110 tonne weight class. The system is now equipped with a replaceable wear cap that protects both the adapter and the tooth from operational wear. The wear cap is made from the proven ESCO^® alloy, which withstands impact and abrasion even in the most demanding applications – significantly extending the service life of both the tooth and the adapter and effectively reducing operating and maintenance costs. The low profile of the tooth and adapter ensures high penetration efficiency. The ESCO^® Ultralok^® system uses a lock integrated directly in the tooth, increasing handling safety, reducing the need for additional tools, and making hammerless tooth replacement fast and simple.
