Idler wheel tightening failure, maintenance neglecting, unprofessional installation, operating the machine with the worn out undercarriage over the limit, in high impact operational environment or in case of material intrusion into undercarriage space could lead to breaking the track link or to breaking the whole track chain. For these cases, where the quick reaction is essential, we have spare pins, bushings and chain links in our warehouse. Our mobile service is equipped with the high performance mobile press, which enables the repair directly on the spot, so the bulldozer, excavator or other construction machine could be operational again as soon as possible.
