Abrasion wear protection

RENOMAG s.r.o. offers the additional equipment protection on construction and mining machines in conditions with the extreme abrasion wear. This procedure, which aims to increase the service life of tools like bucket, dipper, ploughshare, drill and a lot of others, is executed primarily using the mobile service right in customer’s premises.

We can use these two methods or their combination:

VIDA metals plates or CWI elements welding from the ESCO product assortment. This solution is good for flat or mildly curved surfaces; the final hardness is then 700 HBN.
The welding of abrasive resistant pins of 60HRC or pins with the insertion of 80HRC made of the carbide tungsten. This solution is better for spots with the lesser impact wear and it can be used also for curved surfaces. Ideal for sandpits, ground drillers, china clay mining and the usage in similar conditions, when the mined material forms the layer between pin lines.

The advantage of these solutions in comparison with the standard welding by the abrasive resistant electrode is the faster execution, minimum heat impact on the base material and dramatically longer service life.
