Esco EverSharp® edge casing system for loaders.
Removable protection of EverSharp® edge system offers the reliability and reduced maintenance costs by using abrasive resistant casing made of moulded steel and cast iron mixture, which protect the edge by absorption of impacts coming from intrusion to the mined material.
Locking edge casing system Eversharp LHD is easily usable and reliable. Safety is reinforced by using fuse mechanism installed without using of hammer. Lock holds castings firmly in their position using screw fuse Wedge™, which is attached and can be dismantled by using common tightening 13 mm hexagonal.
